Since 2014, the Mindfulness Institute has been offering mindfulness-based training and, since 2019, has been training instructors. The institute is steadily growing and conducting significant work to spread mindfulness. Designed to engage with individuals at a personal level, The Mindful Lab offers personalized, one-on-one mindfulness sessions.

In other words, you do not need to have a specific issue to participate in this program. However, the program is also suitable for individuals who are currently experiencing challenges. This program offers you a toolkit to help you live a better life.
In summary, the primary goal of The Mindful Lab is to help individuals integrate mindfulness into their lives and take the first steps toward strengthening psychological immunity. This is not therapy and does not replace therapy. The instructor serves as a facilitator and guide, helping the individual access their inner resources.
Program Structure

The program is designed by Prof. Dr. Zümra Atalay and is conducted under her supervision.

It consists of 10 sessions, each lasting 40 minutes, held twice a week over the course of 5 weeks.

The participant's progress is supported with home practices between sessions.

The Mindoor Mindfulness mobile app is used as an additional resource to enrich the participant's experience outside of the sessions.
